About the opportunity
We’re looking for passionate customer-focused team members to join our MyNetwork support team at Australia Post.
- This seasonal role is fixed term, full time for 2 months
- Commencing from 25th November 2024 to 17th January 2025.
- You will work from 8:30am – 4:21pm onsite from the Darebin Parcel Delivery Centre.
- The salary for this role commences at $75,949 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
What you’ll deliver with us
- Providing our internal customers with relevant information to help with external customer enquiries
- Developing and maintaining relationships with different teams in the business
- Playing a pivotal role in creating a collaborative approach to problem solving
About you
You’ll be ensuring our internal customers are satisfied, by harnessing your relentlessly empathetic attitude, with your unique ability to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, the first time.
