We are developing processes to position Australia Post for the future. We are taking a holistic approach to our journey toward process excellence, grounded in a federated operating model that accelerates continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. 

 

 

What you’ll deliver with us  

Reporting to the ‘Head of Process Excellence, COE’, this role is part of the establishment of a Centre of Excellence, which will ensure consistent methodologies, tools, processes, and overall capabilities across the enterprise, governed centrally and implemented within each business area.

 

Accountable for the development, and maintenance of enterprise process framework, process modelling tools, process modelling training and capability uplift across the enterprise. Working in partnership with Business Unit Process Excellence to drive standardisation in modelling, championing the best practice, facilitating/embedding process ownership & active process management discipline across the enterprise.

You’ll also   

  • Develop and maintain enterprise process framework to enable active process management and effective ownership, process modelling governance, and enterprise tool
  • Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices to streamline maintenance activities
  • Design, facilitate training, and provide coaching to uplift process modelling and process improvement (inc. Lean) capabilities
  • Support COE and Business Unit Process Excellence team in process modelling training and capability uplift to drive standardization
  • Support process owners to adopt process ownership and active process management principles
     

About You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or any similar discipline is preferred
  • High-degree of proficiency in Signavio
  • Extensive experience in establishing enterprise-wide process architecture and implementing active process management
  • Ability to develop productive and collaborative relationships with operational stakeholders enabling the effective realisation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Formal certification in Six Sigma is desirable
