What you’ll deliver with us 
As our Identity Engineer – Privileges Access you are accountable for designing, delivering and supporting the privileged access management (PAM) platform for the Australia Post Group. Responsible for the delivery of enhancements, maintenance, monitoring and support to ensure the stable operations of the privileged access management platform and the critical business services that it enables. Delivery focus includes estimations, design and development work to time, budget and quality targets in accordance with appropriate standards. You will also maintain knowledge with regards best practice and industry direction for privileged access management technologies and across the wider IAM domain. 

 

You’ll also   

  • Enhance and support of the privileged access management platform: CyberArk Privileged Cloud and the services that it supports including service management.
  • Provide expert technical consulting to both mature the function in BAU and deliver robust work products for projects that align to design standards, patterns and identity strategy.
  • Maintain awareness of internal and external standards and compliance obligations and drives platform compliance to these standards/obligations.
  • Responsible for being a supporting contact point from our service provider partner.
  • Collaborate with the externa CyberArk Technical Account Manager and Service Provider Security Delivery Lead.
  • Work with version control and code management technologies (e.g. GitLab)

 

About you  

We are looking for an accountable individual who has experience in delivering technical excellence into an operational directories’ environment. We are seeking an individual who has developed identity technologies and ideally comes from an engineering/development background. Internally you will be working closely with the PAM product owner, Principal Identity Architect, Head of IAM and also the Manager of Identity partnerships & enablement. Familiarity with enterprise testing technology (e.g. PractiTest) is desirable.


 You’ll also need   

  • Background in delivering and supporting critical business services in a medium to large enterprise.
  • Extensive delivery experience across CyberArk and supporting technologies. CyberArk Privileged Cloud highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated delivery experience in the management and governance of privileged access management environments in line with security best practice.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Powershell, Perl and Python as well as 
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory and Entra.
  • Background operating in multi cloud environments, AWS is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work with continuous integration / continuous deployment technologies (e.g. GitLab Runner)
