What you’ll deliver with us

As our Identity Enablement Specialist, you will provide IAM subject matter expertise to Business and Technology projects requiring IAM services. The role enables IAM capability on-boarding to support successful project delivery and drive uptake of Cyber Services IAM services. You will act as the main liaison between projects and the IAM function and requires a deep understanding of both the broader IAM domain and the design, principles and processes of Australia Post’s incumbent IAM solution(s).
 
The Identity Enablement Specialist can advise on IAM standards and best practices to protect Post’s customers, brand and revenue. The Identity Enablement Specialist has a customer service mentality to deliver business outcomes in a secure manner and represents the IAM team within the business.

 

You’ll also   

  • Manage key business and technology stakeholder relationships and act as a key engagement point into the IAM function
  • Deliver subject matter expertise (SME) and service capability to project delivery teams to help support business outcomes and ensure the delivery of secure and well managed solutions
  • Support the supply and demand of IAM services to large, varied and complex programs and projects
  • Represent business stakeholders in terms of their IAM requirements and ensure that IAM services provided/developed are fit for purpose and match the business need.
  • Drives the successful transition to production and business as usual (BAU) across people, process & technology for IAM impacts from projects 

 

About you  

We are seeking a strong communicator who can partner with the business to ensure strong support across Cyber Services stream. Internally you will be collaborating with Service and Account Management teams to support the development, management and execution of robust and secure IAM practices. Ideally you will understand SAP and provide support to end user’s and dependent technology teams. You will engage with external service providers to support project execution.

 

You’ll also need   

  • Demonstrated business analysis experience including requirements documentation, process development / uplift and technical requirements.
  • Background working with large and complex projects in IAM consulting, architecture and/or design roles.
  • Consulting experience, including to business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with SAAS solution providers, SAP HR and business solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering IAM services. Detailed understanding of IAM principles and disciplines such as identity data sourcing, lifecycle management, role management and user access governance.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint Identity IQ, Windows AD, Entra ID, Auth0 and other market leading IAM software solutions is advantageous.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the IT industry with at least 5 years in IAM.
