 We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Partnering to join our diverse, talented and innovative digital technology team who together are helping our customers and communities build a better future. What you’ll deliver with us  
 Reporting into the GM Technology Delivery Services, the Head of Strategic Partnering will lead a large strategic sourcing initiative which will change the shape of resourcing across the organisation in the technology domain, particularly in run and delivery. The sourcing work will also look to accelerate our move from Build to Buy strategically, assessing opportunities for us to uplift our capabilities, deepen our expertise by accessing new labour markets and partner more deeply in the provision of our services as we modernise our technology, enabling our ability to change at scale and achieve our strategic goals.  

This is a highly strategic role, and will also; keep an ear to ground of advancements in the broader technology market, emerging programmes of work within Australia Post and will lean in to conversations/ project plans to act as a key advisor to a broad range of stakeholders across all business units. 
  
You’ll also  
 * Have accountability for managing all Strategic Sourcing Vendors; including driving performance, competitive pricing and vendor success  
 * Influencing other functions such as procurement, finance, people & culture as relates to key priorities within the strategic sourcing function 

* Drive adoption, following a structured change management framework across Enterprise Services  
 * Building process, governance, compliance into the Strategic Sourcing model and ensuring leaders have a seamless experience when engaging strategic sourcing partners  
  
  
About you  
 You are true Technologist with a special interest in building and fostering strategic partnerships to enable an innovative technology function, which is going through transformation & modernisation. You have a pragmatic approach to building best fit solutions and have proven experience in bringing teams through transformative change. Leaders buy into you and see you as a trusted advisor, who will enable the success of Enterprise Services at Australia Post!
