You’ll also
- Drive continuous improvement and the use of Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance operations.
- Manage cost savings initiatives and optimise network processes for greater efficiency.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including unions, customers, and community representatives, to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
About you

You’ll also need
- Operational leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.
- Proven track record in strategic business planning and delivering transformational change.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles and operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A background in logistics, business management, or a related discipline.
