You will partner with business leaders and customer channels to lead the change delivery components ensuring alignment with the program's change management strategy and methodology.

  • Develop and manage analytical/information management components of change management project deliverables ensuring these are effectively documented and maintained in line with change management governance and delivery framework requirements
  • Work closely with the Senior Change and Project Manager to provide input into the change strategy and to plan the change management activity, including the integration of activity into the project plan
  • Prepare actionable and targeted change management plans and performance measures aligned to change management governance and delivery framework requirements, including change impacts assessment, communication plans, business readiness plans and transition and handover plans to embed and sustain the change
  • Work with project teams and business stakeholders to lead the planning and delivery of change management activities, ensuring ongoing buy-in and stakeholder engagement in project delivery and outcomes
  • Build effective and robust stakeholder relationships that enable partnership and support stakeholders through the transition so they will be ready and able to adopt the changes and new ways of working

About you

  • 5+ years' experience using change management principles, theories, practices and project management disciplines including business benefits realisation and their application to programs of work (Prosci or equivalent accredited)
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines and associated industry standards (e.g. PMI)
  • Relevant (intermediate) understanding of technical, legislative, contractual and compliance obligations affecting program/project
  • Demonstrate proven experience in managing projects of varying size and disciplines - meeting business critical deadlines across multiple assignments preferably within large, complex organisations
