Recruitment Process
The recruitment process across the Australia Post Group (Startrack, Decipha, Securepay) differs for each role and is designed to help ensure that we’re looking at the right role for you. Depending on the role you’ve applied for you may be asked to complete a combination of the following:

  • An online application form
  • An online assessment which may include video, text, multiple choice or audio responses
  • A phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Consultant
  • A face to face interview
  • A driving or riding assessment (for driving roles)
  • An online character check
  • A medical assessment (including a drug and alcohol test)

Notice Period
At Australia Post safety is at the forefront of everything we do. As part of our recruitment process all prospective employees are required to undergo a full background check and medical assessment including alcohol and drug testing to ensure they safely meet the role requirements.
