This dynamic role gives you the chance to enhance network efficiency and lead the team to achieve outstanding service delivery. You’ll ensure compliance while implementing change and fostering a culture that thrives on safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. With your leadership, the team will push boundaries to improve performance, drive down costs, and optimize the network.

What you’ll deliver with us

You’ll be accountable for managing day-to-day operations at the Branch, driving efficient transport operations, and meeting service delivery targets across the board. Reporting to the Facility Manager, your expertise will help guide the team in achieving the highest standards in safety, compliance, and performance.

You’ll also

Lead and implement safety compliance plans across the network

Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimise network operations

Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring top-tier service and delivery

Manage and improve financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets

Engage with key stakeholders to maintain relationships and deliver on business outcomes

About you

We’re looking for a passionate leader with a deep understanding of logistics operations, transport compliance, and safety. You’re a proactive change-maker, comfortable leading teams and managing complex operational challenges. Your ability to think strategically, coupled with hands-on problem-solving, will make a significant impact on StarTrack’s success.

You’ll also need

A thorough understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) in a transport context

Proven ability to manage operational challenges and drive continuous improvement

Strong experience in managing budgets, performance targets, and HR matters

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships

At least 8 years of operational management experience, preferably in logistics or transport

Work hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (flexible based on business needs)

How we’ll deliver for you

Empowerment: Get the freedom to lead and influence change

Development: Career progression and a focus on professional growth

Support: Work with a strong, dynamic team that values collaboration
