About the opportunity 

As a Process Optimisation Lead, you will play a key role in driving, developing, and deploying effective organisational process improvement initiatives to enhance our operational performance and achieve key performance objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Process Optimisation Manager, this role is integral to the Strategy, Partnerships & Optimisation team, contributing to the broader goal of process simplification, standardisation, and continuous improvement across Retail, Brand & Marketing.

 

What you’ll deliver with us 

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies that deliver measurable improvements.
  • Work closely with organisational leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring clear communication and regular updates on project progress.
  • Establish a structure for continuous improvement that is both measurable and sustainable, driving efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and reducing errors and waste.
  • Provide regular updates to ensure transparency in project progress and milestone achievements.

 

About you 

You will be experienced in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and drive tangible continuous improvement outcomes. You will have demonstrated success in influencing business leaders to embrace and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

You’ll also need  

  • Relevant qualification in framework / methodology Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and above. 
  • Proven experience in applying relevant methodologies, such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) and Kaizen, to enable business transformation. 
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
